Will my Teddy look like the one in the photo?
Keep in mind the Teddy you’re ordering hasn’t actually been created yet. The Teddy photos represent approximately what the product will look like, but keep in mind it might not be a 100% exact match once created.
What is the refund policy for this product?
Please note you are not purchasing an item that already exists. By placing an order on this listing you are reserving your plushie once inventory is produced. TEESPRING’S STANDARD REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS ORDER. Cancellations and refunds may be requested at any time during the pre-order period. Once processed, refunds should appear within 3 business days.
Can I buy a Teddy later?
These special edition Teddys are made to order so we are only producing the number of Teddys reserved during the pre-order period. The Creator may or may not offer this Teddy again in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are fulfilled from the EU. but can be shipped internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
EU: €7.49 for the first Teddy and €5.99 for each additional item
UK: ÂŁ6.49 for the first Teddy and ÂŁ5.49 for each additional item
Rest of World: $8 for the first Teddy and $7.50 for each additional item
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
There may be additional import fees charged by your government if you live outside the EU. This fee usually depends on the value of the item being shipped. You can find more information about your country’s import fees (if they exist) online.
Why is there a pre-order and production period?
These special edition Teddys are made to order. This means we will only produce the number of Teddys that are reserved during the pre-order period.
