What is the refund policy for this product?

Please note you are not purchasing an item that already exists. By placing an order on this listing you are reserving your plushie once inventory is produced. TEESPRING’S STANDARD REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS ORDER. Cancellations and refunds may be requested at any time during the pre-order period. Once processed, refunds should appear within 3 business days.

Can I buy a plushie later?

These special edition plushies are made to order so we are only producing the number of plushies reserved during the pre-order period. The Creator may or may not offer this plushie again in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders are fulfilled from the U.S. but can be shipped internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

US: $5.99 for the first plushie & $2.00 for each additional item.
UK + Rest of the world: $12.50 & $4.00 for each additional item.
